I am frequently called upon to give help with consumer electronics. First, I will give a free diagnostic stating what is wrong with the device. At that point, I will also give a recommendation regarding the best remedy for the problem. If new parts or software are required, charges will be given to the customer to review before any work is carried out. I generally charge $50 per hour, decreasing every hour, for repairs. Most repairs and reinstalls can be carried out in less than one hour.
